    The easist way to clean your seals is with a damp cloth, clean the sides of seal with an old soft tooth brush and warm water.

    Its a good idea to check the drain in your fridge every 3-6 months.

  3. Any tips for improving the lifespan of my seal?

    Put a light smear of petroleum jelly (Vasoline) around the contact faces of the seal every 3 - 6 months.

    The number 1 reasons why fridge doors get out of shape is people leaning on them or overloading the door.

Fault Finding Checklist

  1. Are there any obstructions preventing the door from closing correctly ? (i.e. Food, Plates or shelves hitting the door)
  2. Has the unit been cleaned recently ? (check item 1)
  3. Is there any thing, that you can see stopping the magnets/seals from connecting?
  4. Are the seal contact surfaces clean ? (i.e. the rubber seal and the metal/painted surface)
  5. Has the machine been moved from an other address recently ? (if YES see item 6)
  6. Is it possible the door was bumped in the move ? (if YES there is a likelihood of an adjustment charge of $60.00)
  7. Has anyone leaned on or swung on the door ? (if YES there is a likelihood of an adjustment charge of $60.00)
